Training Registration Terms

  • Bookings are fully transferrable – if you can't attend, simply nominate someone else to take your place.
  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will incur an administration fee of $100. No-shows on the day will incur the full training course fee.
  • Mobile devices must be turned off during sessions – there will be opportunities to check messages at regular scheduled breaks. If this is too difficult to comply with, please do not register.
  • Managing Matters does not do 'disputed invoices' – if you are not satisfied with the service provided, simply explain why, and no invoice will be issued.

Privacy Policy

Managing Matters respects and is committed to safeguarding you privacy.

It does not collect personal information or identifying data without your knowledge and consent. Under no circumstances will any of your personal information be provided to third parties, unless with your express consent.

Managing Matters will request information from you primarily for administrative and accounting purposes, but also in order to provide you with services that meet your needs. This will include occasional email communication.

Managing Matters will handle your personal information in accordance with the principles contained within the Australian Privacy Act 1988 as amended.
